My sister and I booked a Viking River Cruise from Zurich to Paris through Mike (with hotel stays in Zurich and Paris before/after the cruise).He was so helpful with any questions we had and went above and beyond by talking to our hotels to see if any possible free upgrades were available. We arrived in our Paris hotel and we were the only people out of all the Viking travelers who had a view of the Eiffel Tower because of his communication with the manager of the hotel. We felt like real VIPs!! Would highly recommend booking through Mike!

Mike did a fantastic job helping to plan our 25th anniversary Alaska land/sea tour! I had waited rather late to get started on it, but he managed to get all the minor details worked out, which left us to just enjoy the cruise (including a complimentary champagne breakfast on our balcony)!
